Check out our latest project on 3011 Crest Ave in Cheverly City. Located just 1.2 mi from the metro going to DC, this house is on a quiet street in a family friendly neighborhood, close to parks, tennis course, and community center. This diamond in the rough will be renovated top to bottom in the next few weeks to regain all of her past glory with modern designer touches.  As demolition and cleaning is finishing, the vision of an open floor concept is coming to life. The removal of carpeting has revealed a beautiful hidden original hard wood floor. Outdated wood panels uncover the charming brick wall in the family room. Basement will be completely finished to offer a cozy play room or extra living space to suit needs. And just 25 minutes to the east are Annapolis and the beautiful Chesapeake Bay.
